Lucia Orea Chapa
Lucia's knowledge of herbal remedies and her contribution as an Herbalist has helped thousands of people heal naturally by using herbal remedies. She continues to play an active role in the operation of the business by offering her expertise as an herbalist in the development and promotion of herbal products and spiritual remedies. She has recently written a book called Tex-Mex Herbal and Spiritual Remedies for the 21st century.
Frank Fregoso - President
Frank Fregoso grew up in the Tex Mex Curious (TMC) family tradition and has never left. He has spent 26 years as an adult learning and sharing homeopathic ideologies for improving health care. Frank has an insatiable quest for knowledge and has spent countless hours researching the history of famous Hispanic spiritual healers. Frank is a devout Christian and can be found assisting the community daily at the TMC corporate retail center located on North Staples. He is a frequent guest speaker at health care work shops sharing information of the benefits of herbal remedies; as well as, his historical knowledge on Hispanic spiritual healers that influenced the Mexican American culture.
Ana Fregoso Avaknin - Vice President
Ana is the active director of operations for the Tex-Mex Curios Corporation. Ana learned her trade growing up around the store environment. She expanded her knowledge of homeopathic and holistic approaches to health through her travels throughout Europe and the Middle East. Additionally, she lived in Spain where she owned and operated a health club. Ana studied at Texas A & I and UT Austin and received her undergraduate degree in Spanish literature. Ana has written several books in English and Spanish. Her books include "A Guide to tarot Readings using the Spanish Cards: Modern English Version; Cross of Caravaca: Modern English Version; Cross of Caravaca, Collection of Prayers, Bi-lingual. Ana continues to work with Tex-Mex team offering her insite into the area of legendary spiritual beliefs and traditions which have existed for centuries.
Lucy Orea - Spiritual Advisor
Lucy Orea, also known as "Little Lucy" remains a heartbeat in the Corpus Community. In addition to her vast knowledge of homeopathic herbal remedies and food supplementation, "Little Lucy" is a gifted Spiritual Advisor and has shared her gift with voluminous people located in the Corpus Christi community and surrounding areas. She offers her clients guidance on how to deal with specific problems and her visions often provides her customers with assistance toward finding answers to find positive spiritual solutions. "Little Lucy" places her emphasis toward spiritual healing and the uses of candles, oils, incenses, prayers and amulets. She also conducts spiritual cleansings in person and now conducts spiritual readings via telephone and online.
Angela Fregoso Gaines - Attorney at Law
Angela grew up learning merchandizing with her siblings in the family business. She has held executive positions with several startup ventures including significant participation in successful ventures conducting wholesale and franchise operations. She is now in charge of national marketing efforts and provides basic legal counsel to management. Angela received an undergraduate degree in communications from Texas A&I and received her law degree from the University of Houston.
